Everything Korean...

I love everything that is linked to Korea. Its culture, food, language and most importantly, the actors/actresses and singers fascinate me. People asked me what triggered my interest in Korea? Where most people would say 'Winter Sonata,' I said, 'Full House.' That's where I was introduced to Rain, a Korean singer and actor and my craze for Korea and Koreans was launched and established for good.

Today, you can find pictures of Korean artists and their music videos on my laptop. My room is littered with Korean dramas and magazines until I have no more space nor boxes to store them. Whenever I can, I will go down to Midvalley just so I can eat Korean food there. I adore Kimchi and enjoy eating Bibimbap so much so that I'm searching the net for its recipe. There's so much more that I want to try but eating by myself is no fun and I haven't found a friend who I can bring along to sample these food. Anyone interested, please give me a buzz...Hehe!

Korean artists, however, is a different story altogether. I used to like TVXQ so much that I have a tag with individual button badges of theirs hanging in my car and their concert DVD as part of my collection. My favorite was Changmin, the 'maknae' of the group. Now, on the other hand, my attention and dedication has turned to Super Junior and my attention is focused on Eunhyuk even if he is not the most handsome one in the group. He is talented especially when it comes to dancing. He choreographs most of the dance moves for the group and they are just wonderful and excellent. He also raps and works as a DJ with Lee Teuk on SUKIRA.

As for actors, I really like Lee Min Ho because he is a good actor and he has chosen the roles he wants to portray carefully. So far, he has had 2 hit dramas. They are Boys Over Flower and Personal Taste. He also models and is involved in commercials and this is where you can see how mature he has grown since the first day he entered this field. Another actor I adore is Lee Seung Gi. He acted in Brilliant Legacy and My girlfriend is a Gumiho. I like him because he can play the part of a snobbish heir which make the viewers hate him so much and also the part of a naive and blurry yet nice guy which makes him so adorable and likable at the same time. How I wish I can meet them and say what great actors they are.

Enough about actors and let's move on to their actresses. A lot of them are talented and I particularly like Choi Ji Woo. Most of the stories she has acted in are sad stories whereby you couldn't help but shed bucket of tears once she started her crying bouts. I always make sure I have a box of tissue next to me ready to be used anytime if I'm watching her dramas. She is so good at manipulating your emotions that you couldn't help but be swept off your feet along with her. I also happened to like Lee Dae Hae because no one can beat her in a comedic role. She excels at making you laugh your heart out and in the end, your gloomy mood would just disappear into thin air.

I've talked about food, singers, actors and actresses. Now, I guess I'll move on to Korean culture and places of interest. There's so much that I want to learn and experience in terms of its culture. I want to watch the Korean traditional dance, listen to people playing traditional musical instruments and maybe learn a few traditional games. I really want to see a picture of myself wearing a Hanbok. That will surely be a sight.

I also want to explore the streets of Seoul, walk along the infamous Han river, visit the Gyeongbokgung built during the Joseon period, relax on Jeju Island and have snowball fights on Namiseon Island where Winter Sonata was filmed. All these activities, hopefully, could be done in the not so distant future with someone special and dear to me. Hehe!

My deepest wish is to visit Korea and I'm trying very hard to make it into reality. So, Korea...wait for me!!!!!!!!

Sad ma?

It's been a while since I've updated. No time la n plain lazeee. I started work at a new place recently. Was excited at first. What do u expect? New environment, new people, maybe a new scandal(if can find 1 la) and best part, better pay plus an early salary. Sape x nak kan?

Neway, after nearly a month, I got bored n felt sad. Reason, lum jumpa any close frens I can b frenli with. Ye la, semua ade bilik sendiri. So, memerap je la dalam bilik. Dulu kat KLMU, u can practically see everyone. Leh gosip dgn org yg kita nak. Now, u only meet them wen they hang out at resource center or at cafes. 2 pun kalo bump in2 each other. Kalo x, xde la. Duk la sesorg n makan pun sesorg gak. Pathetic kan?

Dlm pada duk sedih2 2, ade la 1 bte gembira. An old fren of mine just came back to M'sia. Leh la dikatakan scandal gak. Hepi la skejap. We talk n decided 2 meet soon 2 catch up on news. Sangat2 teruja ni. Xsabo nak jumpa dia n lepaskan rindu. Hahaha! Best! Sangat best!

OK la. Dah lewat ni. Wanna go sleep. Sok class kul 8.30. Xtau nak klentong ape lak kat students sok. Nite bloggers! See u all soon!
